There are over 130 scriptures in the New Testament, from Romans thru Jude, that say In Him, In Whom or In Christ. These scriptures have something to your new identity or something you've obtained through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. These would be a very good place to start studying the Bible.

steps to take after giving your life to christ

PRAY!
Prayer is the means by which we communicate with God! Make it a habit to talk to Him like you do your best friend throughout the day. This includes worship.

2. Study the Bible​!
Psalm 119:105
Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

3. Be Baptized!
Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:4,Mark 16:16
Baptism is a commandment by Jesus. It also represents going down under the water as the old man dying with Christ and coming out of the water risen to life IN CHRIST!

4.Attend Church Regularly!
We strongly recommend attending a Bible believing church!! What is a Bible believing church? One where they lay hands on the sick, believe in the gifts of the Spirit, speak with new tongues, and not afraid to cast out devils!!!

5. Be A Witness!
You are the light of the world! (Matt 5:14) Whether you are in your job, home, or grocery store, you are the light of Jesus Christ. To be a witness we must first walk in love and let our light shine!!
